During my training in professional negotiation, you will learn the skills, knowledge and behaviors that will enable you to be more effective in your work. My training focuses on equipping you as a participant with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve your goals effectively in all negotiation situations. You will learn the basics of negotiation, strengthen your communication skills and receive important tools on how to analyze negotiation situations correctly and develop suitable strategies to achieve your goals.
For several years now, I have been imparting my specialized expertise on the three core strategies, proven in practice and supported by research, along with their tactics, in MBA courses at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
